As the sun dipped low over the Gulf Coast, casting golden hues across the bay at the Powel Crosley Estate, Kamila and Joe exchanged vows that honored not only their love story but also the rich blend of cultures that brought them together. Their wedding was a romantic, sunset-soaked celebration of connection, tradition, and community—brought to life with intention and creativity by a dream team of vendors who left no detail untouched.

From the very beginning, The Olive Tree Weddings guided the couple through the planning process, offering not only expert logistical direction but genuine emotional support. For Kamila, planner Amanda was more than a vendor—she was a confidante, a cheerleader, and at times, a lifeline. Her thoughtful planning allowed Kamila and Joe to focus on what truly mattered: being present for every joyful moment.

The historic elegance of the Powel Crosley Estate set the tone for the day. Its waterfront views and old-world charm provided a striking backdrop for both the ceremony and reception, where tradition met modern romance. As guests arrived, they were greeted with cultural nods in every corner—from cocktail napkins printed with sweet phrases in both Spanish and Polish to a heartfelt bilingual ceremony that honored both families’ heritage.

Kamila, radiant in a Justin Alexander gown from Seng Couture in New Jersey, paired her look with cherished family heirlooms and jewelry from Mamari Jewelers, who also provided the couple’s rings. Her natural glow was enhanced by Make Up with Passion, who seamlessly styled both hair and makeup for Kamila and her entire wedding party, bringing a polished, romantic look to the day.

While Kamila dazzled, Joe looked equally dapper in a classic tuxedo from Roberts Tux in New Jersey. Their wedding party, outfitted in elegant looks from Revelry, added to the event’s timeless aesthetic.

Calista Manfre Photography captured every candid glance, sunlit kiss, and joyful tear with a timeless eye, while The Gala Photobooth added a playful, celebratory element for guests to enjoy during the evening. Although the couple opted not to hire a videographer, content creator AR Special Moments made sure the energy and emotion of the day were captured in real-time moments for them to relive.

When it came to ambiance, Flor Soul’s Michelle filled the estate with florals that felt natural and lush—perfectly echoing the tropical-meets-classic setting. Elegant arrangements in soft creams, muted greens, and subtle blush tones framed the couple’s “I dos” and adorned the reception tables. Complementing the design, Stella Rose Events and A Chair Affair provided furniture and decor rentals that added warmth and sophistication.

Pier 22 Catering curated a reception menu that blended international influences, a nod to the couple’s cultural backgrounds. From the first bite to the final toast, their team delivered not only exceptional food and drinks but also handled lighting, the wedding cake, and bar service with flawless execution. The single-tier cake—shared by both bride and groom—served as a sweet centerpiece, accompanied by decadent desserts that delighted guests throughout the evening.

Amanda Fye Designs brought storytelling into the wedding paper details with thoughtfully crafted invitations, signage, and calligraphy. Each piece felt personal and cohesive, tying together the couple’s aesthetic from start to finish.

When the sun began its descent over the bay, guests gathered for cocktail hour—a moment Kamila and Joe both described as unforgettable. The setting sun painted the sky in vibrant hues as guests mingled, sipped, and savored the moment. DJ Cory Barron with Tampa Bay DJ Company kept the energy high all night, curating a soundtrack that ranged from heartfelt first dances to all-out party vibes.

Adding a dose of fun and flair, The Gelato Carte Tampa delighted guests with cool treats, while Alpha Fireworks lit up the night sky, giving the celebration a grand and sparkling finale. Even the couple’s self-made favors—jars of hand-crafted salt—offered guests a tangible piece of the day to take home.

For those traveling from out of town, transportation was provided by Siesta Trolley, and the welcome party hosted at The Modern Hotel gave guests a preview of the festive weekend ahead.

Kamila and Joe’s wedding wasn’t just a visual dream—it was deeply personal and undeniably joyful. With the help of a talented team who approached each detail with care, their day unfolded exactly as it should have: naturally, beautifully, and with just the right touch of magic.
