On a golden afternoon, Nanda and Seth exchanged vows at the historic Powel Crosley Estate in Sarasota, surrounded by a setting that felt like it had been plucked straight from the Italian countryside. Their wedding was an elegant blend of old-world romance and vibrant cultural traditions- American, Jewish, and German influences came together seamlessly to celebrate their union in a deeply meaningful way.
From the moment guests arrived, it was clear that this wedding would be something special. B Eventful Planning & Design helped guide the day with expert coordination, balancing personal touches with effortless flow, ensuring that every moment felt intentional and stress-free. The couple’s vision, a romantic, Italy-inspired setting, was brought to life in every detail, from the olive branch-filled florals to the candlelit reception beneath the stars.
Tuli Floral Co. created arrangements that evoked the timeless beauty of Tuscany: olive branches layered with soft blooms in neutral and earthy tones adorned the ceremony arches and dining tables. Southern Chairs added richness to the scene with warm wood farm-style seating, romantic lounge sets, and elegant chargers that added texture to each tablescape. A’s Rentals provided the fine details that completed the table settings with refined charm, while Affairs in the Air added soft, ambient lighting that cast a warm glow over the celebration as dusk fell.
As the ceremony began, guests watched as Nanda walked down the aisle in an Essence of Australia gown from Wedding Angels Bridal Boutique, radiating classic beauty. Her hair and makeup, done by Femme Akoi Beauty Studio, emphasized her natural elegance and joy. Seth waited for her under the olive-draped arch, and together they took part in sacred Jewish traditions—signing the Ketubah, breaking the glass, and receiving blessings during the Hamotzi. After the heartfelt vows, the couple added a touch of German heritage with a Baumstamm sägen—the log-cutting ceremony, symbolizing teamwork as they sawed through wood side by side.
The celebration flowed effortlessly into the reception, where Simply Gourmet Catering handled both food and bar service. Guests enjoyed a delicious meal paired with signature cocktails, with a gelato cart from Paciugo offering a playful and delicious nod to the Italian theme. For dessert, a classic cake from Publix stood beside the gelato station, giving guests a choice between traditional and whimsical.
Entertainment was a true highlight of the evening. Total Entertainment, led by Matt Winter, curated an unforgettable DJ Fusion Band experience that filled the courtyard with energy and excitement. The Hora brought everyone to their feet- lifting Nanda and Seth high into the air, the joy on their faces lighting up the night.
Tara Tomlinson Photography captured every laugh, embrace, and stolen glance with her signature timeless style, preserving not just moments but the emotion that ran through them. Studio KRP added a cinematic layer to the memories, filming from the welcome party cruise aboard LeBarge Tropical Cruises through to the final dance.
From start to finish, Nanda and Seth’s wedding was about more than beauty- it was about legacy. Their rings from Solomon Brothers, their traditions honored, and the embrace of family throughout gave their day meaning that will last far beyond the final photo. Their guests traveled in comfort thanks to Siesta Trolley and rested at The Westin Sarasota after a day filled with laughter, dancing, and love.
With a dream team of vendors behind the scenes and a vision rooted in love and tradition, Nanda and Seth’s wedding was as unforgettable as it was heartfelt- proof that romance blooms best when paired with intention, heritage, and the right people bringing it all to life.
