Set along the breathtaking waterfront at JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa, Karishma + Vishal’s wedding weekend was the perfect blend of coastal luxury, vibrant tradition, and unforgettable celebration. The bayfront setting created a stunning backdrop for every moment of the day, from the emotional ceremony overlooking the water to the lively reception filled with music, dancing, and joyful energy. Guests and family were able to fully immerse themselves in the festivities thanks to the seamless accommodations and beautiful event spaces throughout the resort.
Every detail of the celebration came together effortlessly under the direction of Jennifer Matteo Event Planning, whose expert coordination allowed the couple to be fully present throughout the weekend. Upstaged SRQ brought the couple’s vision to life through thoughtfully curated decor, rentals, and signage that added beauty and personality to every part of the celebration. From the ceremony setup to the elegant reception details, each design element complemented the waterfront setting while creating a cohesive and elevated guest experience. One of the most memorable moments of the ceremony came as dolphins swam through the water behind the couple while they exchanged vows, adding an almost surreal touch to an already emotional celebration.
Behind the lens, Sollis Studio beautifully captured every meaningful detail and candid emotion throughout the day. Through stunning imagery, they preserved everything from quiet moments during the morning preparations to the incredible energy of the packed dance floor later that night.
