“For us, it all began thanks to our amazing friends, Matt and Rebecca,” Peyton shared. “They were the ones who first introduced us, when I stopped for breakfast in my PJs and Dakota was already sitting at the table.” What began as a casual introduction quickly turned into something much bigger.
The following summer brought the two even closer when Peyton accepted an internship with the U.S. Senate in Cincinnati, just miles from Dakota. Between workouts, dinners, family time, and endless conversations, the two built a relationship rooted in shared dreams and undeniable connection. By the end of the summer, Dakota packed his bags and followed Peyton back to Florida, and the rest became history.
Their wedding day carried that same sense of ease and intention.
