Courtney and Sean’s wedding was a heartfelt tribute to resilience, legacy, and the kind of beauty that lingers long after the vows. After navigating not one but three different planning iterations due to hurricanes Helene and Milton, the couple embraced the unexpected and leaned into the idea that intimacy would ultimately serve their story best. And it did.

Set in the heart of Saint Petersburg, the couple exchanged vows at the Museum of Fine Arts, where every corner whispered a sense of history and elegance. The space itself offered the kind of architectural charm and curated artistry that perfectly mirrored the intention behind their day: timeless, rooted, and meaningful.

Courtney stepped into that vision with grace, wearing a Galina Signature gown from David’s Bridal, made all her own with custom alterations. Her look was completed with delicate Nadri earrings and a bridal ring passed down as a family heirloom—a fitting symbol for a celebration so steeped in heritage. Art by Izzy Hair & Makeup was behind the effortless waves and soft glam that made Courtney glow, not just from the outside, but with that unmistakable light brides carry when they’re surrounded by love.

Speaking of love, floral design was at the heart of this celebration—literally. Courtney’s cousin, Allyson Feuerstein, the floral designer, brought every arrangement to life with an artist’s eye and a personal touch. From the lush ceremony arch to the layered tablescapes, each bloom reflected care, creativity, and connection. Allyson’s work transformed the museum courtyard into a garden of love—fresh, fragrant, and alive.

For the first look, the couple met in the serene courtyard of The Vinoy Hotel, their accommodations for the weekend. As a bee landed softly on Courtney’s bouquet, she and Sean felt an almost sacred stillness. It was more than nature being curious—it was a small sign from above. Courtney’s mother, who passed away in 2016, felt present in that moment. It was magic—the kind of beauty even the best planners can’t choreograph.

HP Photography LLC was there to capture it all, with an eye for emotion and a heart for story. Their photos, along with their videography, don’t just document the day—they feel the day. The glances, the movement, the in-between moments were all framed with care. Their lens preserved not just the look of the celebration, but the soul of it.

The Museum of Fine Arts flowed seamlessly from ceremony to reception, with Constellation Culinary Group crafting an elevated dining experience. Their catering and bartending services delivered artfully plated meals and curated cocktails that complemented the surroundings. Gabro Event Services handled the rentals and décor with quiet precision, creating a cohesive canvas that let every detail shine.

Lighting and sound were curated by Event Heroes of Tampa Bay, while live music by Keith James Music added warmth and vibrance to the evening. Whether guests were moved to tears during the vows or pulled to their feet on the dance floor, every moment had a rhythm—and every rhythm had meaning.

The day wouldn’t have unfolded so effortlessly without Nancy Cotto Events, who stepped in as day-of coordinator. Nancy and her team handled every moving part with calm control, giving Courtney and Sean the freedom to be fully present. Their job was logistics—but their gift was peace of mind.

Guests ended the night with sweet bites from Nothing Bundt Cakes, a nod to the couple’s taste for something classic with a little twist. From Zola invitations to the Cane & Barrel Rooftop Bar rehearsal dinner, the entire wedding weekend was a masterclass in elegance without excess.

Courtney and Sean’s love story may have changed course a few times, but in the end, every shift brought them closer to what mattered most: each other, their families, and a celebration that felt just right.
