In the heart of Lakeland, Florida, on a crisp November day, Jordan and Alyssa Napoles tied the knot in a celebration that reflected everything they hold dear: their love for one another, their deep connection to family, and a thoughtfully chosen team of vendors who brought their wedding vision to life.

From the moment they saw each other for the first look downtown, it was clear this day would be about togetherness. For the couple, their favorite memory was that quiet time spent before the ceremony- just the two of them, soaking in the moment and the magic of the day ahead.

Their venue, Haus 820, with its industrial architecture and open floor plan, set the stage for a modern yet inviting celebration. Haus 820’s existing charm was elevated by Marilyn’s Linens, who provided the soft tablecloths and napkins, and Premier Party Rentals, who brought in elegant draping and all the seating for guests. With careful layering of texture and color, the space struck a perfect balance between urban cool and romantic warmth.

It was Handled by Holly and her planning team who tied every detail together. From their first planning meeting through to the final sendoff, Holly’s guidance ensured that Alyssa and Jordan’s vision stayed intact and stress was kept at bay. The bride called her planner her “dream team” and credited them for creating a seamless, joyful experience.

The wedding design was accented with warm, natural florals from Flor & Sol, whose arrangements echoed the season with soft autumn tones. The bride’s gown- a sleek, timeless silhouette by Mikaella, found at The White Magnolia- was paired with a veil handmade by Carolina’s Custom Sewing and delicate jewelry from Francesca’s, finishing her bridal look with personal, meaningful touches. Her ring, a cherished family heirloom, added even more sentiment.

Beauty artist Rebekah Lynn Hair handled hair and makeup for the bride and entire wedding party, crafting radiant, camera-ready looks that lasted all evening. Jordan looked just as polished in his tailored look from Men’s Wearhouse, complemented by a wedding band from Munchel’s Fine Jewelry in Lakeland.

Photography by MAS Memories captured every genuine emotion of the day, from quiet exchanges to high-energy dancing, while Heidi B Media Co provided film coverage, creating lasting keepsakes of the day’s most heartfelt moments. Evnt Photo Booth Co brought added fun to the reception, giving guests another way to celebrate and commemorate the night.

Guests enjoyed an evening of delicious food from Tabletop Catering, served alongside classic drinks poured by Tucker’s Bartending. For dessert, Alyssa’s grandmother made the wedding cake- an especially sweet and personal touch- and Publix sheet cakes ensured there was enough to go around for everyone.

The day’s soundtrack was curated by Grainger Entertainment, who kept energy high and the dance floor full, and Lakeland Valet Company ensured every guest had a smooth arrival and departure. Lighting, supplied by Haus 820, enhanced the atmosphere as the sun set and the celebration glowed into the evening.

Even the invitations, from Truly Engaging, and the DIY signage crafted by the bride, added to the authenticity and charm of the day. And before the big celebration, Jordan and Alyssa kicked off the festivities with a rehearsal dinner at Lugo’s Distillery, with catering by Elena’s Cuban Café, bringing a warm and lively flavor to the beginning of their wedding weekend.

At its core, their wedding was a reflection of intentional choices and personal touches. Every vendor- from the planner to the caterer, florist to filmmaker- played a part in creating a day where the couple felt centered, celebrated, and surrounded by love. Jordan and Alyssa’s advice to future couples? Choose vendors who truly understand your vision- because when they do, magic happens.
