There’s something unforgettable about a wedding by the water—especially one as beautifully curated as this one at the historic Powel Crosley Estate. With Spanish Mediterranean architecture, vine-covered archways, and sweeping views of Sarasota Bay, the venue set the tone for a day that felt both elegant and deeply personal.

From the first look to the final dance, the entire celebration was filled with warmth, love, and intention—brought to life through the creative vision of B Eventful Planning & Design. Every detail reflected the couple’s style and story, with seamless planning that allowed the day to unfold effortlessly, from pre-ceremony champagne to the last sparkler-lit goodbye.

The ceremony was held under the sun-dappled trees, with the soft strumming of Emma The Harpist welcoming guests into the romantic setting. Aisle florals by One Co Florist spilled with creamy whites, lush greenery, and delicate blush tones, complementing the coastal surroundings without overpowering them. From the white floral aisle installations by to the soft ivory draping and classic rentals provided by Gabro Event Services, the scene was set for a heartfelt celebration that honored both tradition and joy.The couple exchanged vows with the help of Pastor Heath Weddings, whose heartfelt words added a grounding presence to the breezy, emotional moment.

Tiffany Maysonet Photo captured it all with timeless artistry—from the bride stepping out into the golden light with her Jimmy Choo heels peeking beneath her flowing White Magnolia Bridal gown, to the joyful tears and stolen glances shared throughout the day. The portraits feel light-filled and alive, each frame full of movement and meaning.

Adding another layer of storytelling, Storybook Films filmed the day with an eye for both sweeping romance and the quiet, honest moments—resulting in a visual keepsake the couple will cherish for generations.

At cocktail hour, guests sipped signature drinks and gathered around a live cigar rolling station by Cigar Productions, where hand-rolled cigars added an old-world sophistication to the celebration. Passed hors d’oeuvres from Puff N’ Stuff Catering brought flavor and flair, setting the stage for a stunning plated dinner under the open sky.

Inside the reception space, the décor was classic coastal—floral centerpieces in soft ivory and peach from One Co Florist, glowing candlelight, and tablescapes that echoed the natural tones of the venue. With every place setting carefully chosen and each detail considered, the evening felt intimate and elevated.

The bride’s radiant look was brought together by Beauty By Audrey B, who styled soft waves and glowing makeup that lasted from golden hour through the last dance. Her bridesmaids, dressed in earthy champagne gowns by Birdy Grey, stood at her side in perfect harmony with the color palette, a modern and romantic twist on classic neutrals.

The cake, crafted by Wonder Cake Creation, was both a visual and culinary highlight—elegant and minimal in design, with soft floral accents that mirrored the overall aesthetic. Once the couple made their entrance, Tampa Bay DJ Company brought the party to life with a soundtrack tailored to the crowd, blending timeless classics, energetic hits, and personal favorites that kept guests on their feet all night long.

It was a day full of joy, sunlight, and celebration—woven together by a team of vendors who brought their best to every detail. From the venue’s old-world charm to the custom cocktails, heartfelt vows, and golden-hour portraits, this wedding at Powel Crosley Estate was a glowing example of timeless romance and thoughtful design.
