Arly and Sebastian brought their love story to life in the heart of downtown Tampa. Their wedding day was a balance of elegance and personal heritage, set within the historic charm of The Vault and brought to life by a carefully curated team of vendors who helped turn their vision into an unforgettable celebration.
The couple chose to keep things traditional, saving their first look for the aisle. For Arly, walking toward Sebastian in that moment remains her most cherished memory. Her gown, a romantic and intricately detailed piece by Eve of Milady, was sourced from Bridal Reflections NY – Massapequa, and paired beautifully with a trio of accessories: sparkling emerald-cut earrings, a delicate bracelet, and a stunning 3-carat emerald-cut engagement ring with a halo setting.
Hair and makeup for Arly and her wedding party were flawlessly done by Adore Bridal Hair & Makeup, who created soft, glowing bridal looks that complemented the timeless ambiance of the day. Sebastian wore a tailored suit from Men’s Wearhouse, a Gemelli Jeweler band, and a classic Rolex, rounding out his polished look.
Inside The Vault, the atmosphere was refined and romantic. The tall ceilings, soft uplighting, and grand windows were elevated by the creative touch of Southern Event Rentals, who provided draping, tables, chairs, and a chic photo booth for guests to enjoy. Round tables were dressed in blush satin linens and accented with towering centerpieces by Millys Flowers and Events, filled with creamy roses, orchids, and textured blooms that echoed the softness of the space.
The ceremony and reception were both hosted at The Vault, where the venue’s team also provided lighting, bartending, and valet services, creating a seamless guest experience from start to finish. The couple’s planner, Elegant Evening Events, brought structure and grace to the day, guiding the timeline with warmth and professionalism.
Cultural pride played a special role in the celebration. As a nod to their heritage, Arly and Sebastian’s bridal party made their reception entrance carrying the flags of Honduras, Ecuador, and Italy — a joyful tribute that celebrated where they come from and who they are.
The couple entrusted Sabrina Autumn Photography with both photo and video. Arly shared how easy and sweet Sabrina was to work with, capturing each candid moment and emotion with care. The sneak peeks alone left them in awe, and they looked forward to reliving the day through her full gallery and video. Working alongside her was Kim Event Content Crreation, who delivered raw, behind-the-scenes footage within 24 hours — something Arly described as one of the most meaningful and exciting parts of the entire day.
Custom invitations by Margo and Bees, welcomed guests into the experience with elegant detail. Each guest left with chocolate from Ecuador, a thoughtful and personal favor reflecting the couple’s cultural background.
The menu was curated by Gin and Joint, who handled both catering and desserts, offering flavorful dishes and sweet selections that matched the tone of the day. The couple’s bride and groom cakes were crafted by Publix, adding a comforting and classic note to the dessert table.
Music by Chad Lazzara filled the space, setting the mood and keeping the energy flowing throughout the evening. From their first dance to the last song of the night, the soundtrack reflected their joy and connection.
The weekend began with a stylish rehearsal dinner aboard Yacht StarShip, a prelude to the love-filled celebration that followed. Reflecting on the planning process, Arly shared one key takeaway: the importance of patience. And in the end, every detail came together — beautifully, meaningfully, and just as they had hoped.
