From the elegant glass chargers to the gold-accented candleholders and modern seating, every inch of the space was curated with intention. Tall taper candles and votives gave the entire room a romantic glow, while Events in Bloom created lush, full arrangements of deep red, blush, and violet roses with pops of greenery. Their florals softened the bold lines of the venue and tied each table together with rich, organic beauty.
Guests were seated at long banquet tables, where each detail- from the black chargers to the ornate gold napkin rings- was chosen with purpose. Custom menus sat at each place setting, featuring the elevated culinary experience from Puff n’ Stuff Catering. Their team served a multi-course meal that included fire-roasted entrees, signature small plates, and handcrafted cocktails from their bartending division. The meal wasn’t just dinner- it was a showcase of flavor and presentation, seamlessly blending with the wedding’s luxe ambiance.
For dessert, Alessi Bakery provided a classic tiered cake that balanced tradition with taste, while The Gelato Carte Tampa added a playful, interactive twist. Guests lined up for scoops of refreshing gelato served from a charming cart that added a pop of sweetness to the night.
True to the couple’s unique style, the escort display became one of the most talked-about details. Guests searched for their name tags, each attached to a miniature collectible car keychain. “The knot is tied… now find your ride!” read the custom sign above the display- a clever nod to The Motor Enclave’s motorsport roots and a fun, personal touch that made everyone smile. The ceremony was led by Juniper and Lane Co., who officiated with warmth and intention, setting a heartfelt tone before the evening gave way to celebration.
