An afternoon of beautiful details, meaningful connections, and endless wedding inspiration! So many talented wedding professionals were brought together for an unforgettable Connect Event at Hotel Haya in the heart of Ybor City. Inspired by the theme Heirloom Elegance, the event blended timeless romance with rich colors, lush florals, and thoughtfully curated details that made every corner feel special.
With planning and design by Special Moments Event Planning, the vision came to life through a beautiful combination of textures, colors, and statement pieces. Mint Floral Studio created stunning arrangements featuring soft pink blooms, deep burgundy accents, and cascading greenery, while Connie Duglin Linen added beautiful patterned linens that complemented the romantic aesthetic.
The atmosphere was elevated with a gorgeous stage, rich green drapery, and an LED screen from Golden Events. A Chair Affair provided stylish chairs and lounge furniture, while On The Move Wedding & Event Rentals brought in elegant white drapery and trees that transformed the space. Finishing touches from Sommerset Paperhouse added personalized stationery and signage throughout the event.
Of course, no celebration is complete without delicious bites and sweet treats! Hotel Haya provided the venue, catering, and bar service, while The Artistic Whisk wowed guests with an incredible statement cake and delicious sweets. The Grazing Pony brought a fun and interactive apple nachos bar, giving attendees another sweet experience to enjoy.
Guests also enjoyed thoughtful keepsakes and interactive experiences throughout the afternoon. Marshmellows Magnets provided custom magnets, while Kelsey Belmont Designs offered beautiful permanent jewelry. Platinum Entertainment set the mood with music, creating the perfect atmosphere for an afternoon of networking and celebration.
