Each month, we spotlight a wedding that captures the heart of celebration—and Courtney and Chase Beale’s wedding was a true reflection of joy, creativity, and heartfelt connection. Set against the stunning backdrop of Tampa Yacht & Country Club, their big day blended timeless elegance with playful details, brought to life by a dream team of vendors and a planner who transformed their vision into reality, starting with pamper and prep at the JW Marriott Tampa.

The Wedding Day

Karen of EventFull Weddings took the reins with full-service planning, guiding Courtney and Chase through the process from start to finish. With a calm and creative presence, she helped the couple focus on what mattered most—especially when planning felt overwhelming. “I’d skip months ahead when I felt stressed,” Courtney shared, “but Karen always brought me back and helped make my vision come to life in a fun way. I’m forever grateful for her.”

Courtney began the day getting ready with the team from Lasting Luxe, who styled her hair and makeup in soft, glowing tones that paired beautifully with the setting. Her flowing gown from White Magnolia, paired with stunning Christian Louboutin shoes and a tennis bracelet gifted by her father, made for a bridal look that was both elevated and deeply personal. The finishing touch? A sparkling ring from Brilliant Earth that reflected her style perfectly.

As guests arrived at the yacht club, the coastal charm of the venue set the tone. Florals by Save the Date Florida added a soft, romantic touch—elevating every space with natural beauty and graceful design. Décor from Kate & Ryan Rentals came together in a way that felt thoughtful and cohesive, while lighting and photo booth elements from Graingertainment gave the evening a vibrant glow.

The ceremony was a family affair—officiated by the bride’s brother, Christopher Dollar—adding a heartfelt and personal touch to the vows. Just after the ceremony, the newlyweds made their first walk back down the aisle as husband and wife, and were joined by their flower girl… who just happened to be their dog, donning an adorable floral collar. “She obviously stole the show,” Courtney joked.

Following the ceremony, the celebration continued with a reception full of energy, emotion, and style. Tampa Yacht & Country Club provided both the catering and bar service, serving as a warm and elegant host for the night’s festivities. Elise’s Pieces delivered a delicious spread of cake pops, cupcakes, and layered wedding cakes—including a special groom’s cake—to sweeten the evening.

For entertainment, DJ Dwayne and saxophonist Christian kept the dance floor buzzing, while Graingertainment’s lighting and booking services created an unforgettable party vibe. Amanda Paige Studios added a unique live watercolor painting experience for guests to take home, along with custom koozie favors from Zazzle—a creative blend of keepsake and fun.

Courtney’s bridesmaids wore stylish dresses from Show Me Your Mumu, while Chase looked sharp in a suit from Tweeds and Cole Haan shoes. His ring came from a family friend’s jewelry store, adding a sentimental note to his look.

The invitation suite, crafted through Minted, tied together the aesthetic with modern elegance, and signage sourced added whimsical flair throughout the event. The couple’s rehearsal dinner took place at Rooftop 220—an intimate, stylish start to their wedding weekend—catered in-house by the venue.

Stephanie Lanni Photography captured every detail, big and small, with a signature blend of authenticity and beauty. From candid moments to timeless portraits, her images told the story of the day with heart and precision. A2U Studio filmed the event, ensuring the emotions and memories of the celebration would live on for years to come.

Guests enjoyed transportation from Jolley Trolley and valet services provided by the yacht club, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable from start to finish.

Courtney & Chase’s Favorite Memory

For Courtney, the ceremony held more than just the moment they exchanged vows—it held the moment everything became real.

“Aside from the obvious (getting to marry my best friend), just after the ceremony when we got to celebrate officially as husband and wife walking back down the aisle… my favorite girl (our flower girl dog) jumped in next to me and walked with us—obviously stealing the show in her flower collar!”

While every vendor played a meaningful role in their day, Courtney expressed deep appreciation for her planner:

That’s a hard one due to the fact i literally Couldn’t have done it without every single one of them! BUT our wedding planner Karen had to definitely be the most helpful! She helped me get back on track when i would skip months ahead bc i would Get overwhelmed and needed to focus on anything other than what i was Currently doing. She listened and took my vision for what i wanted And made it come to life —im a very visual person so not knowing what things were going to look like was very difficult for me but im extremely happy i leaned In and trusted her when she had an idea to make thinks fit and bring everything together in a fun way! Forever grateful to Karen!!”

Their advice for couples planning their own wedding?

Time management!”

From a rooftop welcome to a lakeside ceremony and unforgettable dance floor, every moment of Courtney and Chase’s wedding felt joyful, intentional, and filled with heart—proof that the right team, a clear vision, and a little bit of sparkle can make wedding magic come to life.
