Originally from Italy, a country renowned for its incredible cuisine, Mel has also spent time in England, where she further honed her culinary skills. She then trained as a Pastry Chef in the United States Of America, where she also gained experience in nutritional cooking. Mel’s cooking and baking skills are inspired by her experiences traveling the world.
