Guests were then whisked back to the coast via the charming Clearwater Jolley Trolley, adding a whimsical local touch to the day’s transportation.

As guests arrived at the beachfront reception, they were welcomed by a breathtaking scene styled by Elegant Affairs by Design. With a palette of soft coastal blues and creams, the space was transformed into a dreamy oceanside garden. Kate Ryan Event Rentals, Gabro Event Services, and Stella Rose Events provided elegant furnishings that grounded the celebration in classic sophistication, while Nuage Designs Inc. added texture and luxury through layered linens and décor elements.

Save the Date Florida brought the florals to life, weaving in natural greens and coastal blooms that danced gently in the sea breeze. Their arrangements, both lush and airy, framed the tables and ceremony space with romantic movement and seasonal charm. To further personalize the aesthetic, ApDesign Co. designed custom signage and stationery that echoed the couple’s coastal vision—from welcome signs to the smallest printed details.

Tampa Lights elevated the evening with a soft glow, wrapping the lawn in warm light and creating a cozy yet elegant ambiance as the sun dipped below the horizon. Guests enjoyed a show-stopping cake by Carmel’s Bakery, beautifully crafted and equally delicious. With layers as thoughtful as the décor, it was a sweet ending to dinner and the perfect segue into a lively celebration.

As music filled the evening air, BPX Band brought the energy, keeping guests on their feet with their vibrant live performances.
