Under the historic archways and moody lighting of The Rialto Theatre, Miya and Andrew exchanged vows and danced the night away in a celebration that was as timeless as it was personal. Their wedding in downtown Tampa felt like something out of a dream—one brought to life through the talent and creativity of a dedicated vendor team that understood the assignment.
Behind the seamless flow of the day was B Eventful Planning & Design, the planning team that ensured every moment felt intentional, from the ceremony’s soft entrance to the carefully timed sparkle exit. Their vision, paired with custom signage throughout the venue, brought the couple’s aesthetic to life—modern, minimal, and romantic.
Photographer Samantha Lowe captured the emotion of the day with her signature crisp, true-to-color style. Her photos reveal not just the big moments, but the in-between glances and laughter that made the day unforgettable. Each frame reflects the energy of the space and the warmth shared between the couple and their guests.
Save the Date Florida filled the venue with florals that were both artful and organic—elegant whites and muted greens spilled from arrangements that softened the raw brick and concrete textures of the theatre. Their florals, especially the bouquet and ceremony installation, added a softness that perfectly balanced the venue’s industrial feel.
Miya stunned in a gown from The White Magnolia, and her bridal party added a pop of soft color in dresses by The Dessy Group. Meanwhile, Andrew and his groomsmen brought classic style with sleek suits from Men’s Warehouse, offering a timeless complement to the setting.
As the evening unfolded, guests enjoyed food and drink from 3 C’s Catering, who not only crafted a delicious meal but provided bar service with style and ease. The wedding cake, a sweet surprise from Publix, was understated and elegant—just the right touch for a couple that prioritized intimacy and experience over extravagance.
For décor, Outside the Box Rentals elevated the space with linens, charger plates, and elegant table settings, while For Your Party designed custom matchboxes that doubled as personal keepsakes. Every detail, from flatware to favors, was thoughtfully curated.
Lighting and sound were entrusted to Tampa Bay DJ Company, who also provided the night’s entertainment. Their team handled every transition with precision, and their uplighting design gave The Rialto an entirely new glow. When the dance floor opened, the energy didn’t dip once—a true sign of a DJ who knows how to read the room.
Even the smallest touches were handled with care. The seating chart header, designed by Enchanted Calligraphy, was a statement piece that greeted guests with a mix of style and clarity.
Miya and Andrew’s wedding wasn’t just about saying “I do”—it was about celebrating every layer of their love story with the people who meant the most. With a vendor team that poured heart into every detail, their wedding became a beautifully choreographed experience rooted in authenticity, artistry, and joy.
